The puppy is guaranteed to be free from any life-threatening congenital defects for 1 year from date of birth.should the puppy dies within the 1 year of ownerships due to genetics defects past down by parents, the puppy shall be replaced or there will be a return your cash if you are no longer interested in getting another puppy.
A 12 months (1 year) guarantee against life-threatening genetic conditions shall be issued to our puppy owners upon payment for their puppy. If your veterinarian discovers that the puppy has a life-threatening genetic condition by the age of 12 months, we will replace the puppy with another of equality. As we understand that all puppies become a part of your family, we will not ask for the puppy to be returned if this should happen, but we will be willing to take the puppy back at your request. All vet costs and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. We do ask that proof of your puppy’s condition be sent to us directly from your vet, and we reserve the right to request a second opinion at a different vet, which we will pay for. If the second vet doesn’t agree that the puppy has a life-threatening genetic condition, you may opt to pay a 3rd vet for a final diagnoses Despite the above mentioned, it is very important to know that the purchaser is responsible for shipping costs for replacement puppy, and the seller is responsible for fees associated with vaccinations and health certificate.

Most importantly, all genetic conditions must be diagnosed by a vet at the age of 12 months. We reserve the right to request a second opinion by a veterinarian of our choice at our expense to make the final diagnosis. This final diagnosis will be the determining factor in whether the puppy will be replaced. You may keep, with PROOF OF SPAY/NEUTER, the dog/puppy we are replacing or you may return the puppy to us. THESE ARE THE ONLY TWO OPTIONS.No replaced dogs/puppies are to be resold or in any way rehomed. These go to “kennel partners.” If a puppy has been rehomed, for any period, including kennel partners, except the normal board for work/vacations, all the above-listed health guarantees will be invalid. Furthermore, your puppy’s shots and worming are all current. We will not be responsible for parvo, distemper, Coccidia, Demodex, giardia, and common respiratory conditions, which are usually caused by bacteria. Or kennel cough that can be caught from other animals or environment after the puppies leave our premises.

To avoid the above mentioned, you must have your new puppy seen by your vet within 72 hours upon receiving them. Please retain the proof of this vet’s visit. If you do not have proof of this vet’s visit, your health guarantee will be void.

In addition, we provide no guarantee against any other conditions, as most are strongly environmental, such as skin conditions and cherry eye. A great way to avoid cherry eye is to only give puppies clean water and not to let them play in dirty, bacteria-filled water as this can cause swelling of their third eyelid. A great way to avoid skin allergies and conditions is to feed your puppies a grain-free diet and keep them in a clean, accommodating environment. We do not guarantee any puppy to be a show or breeding quality. At no time will we be expected to replace a puppy with anything other than a life-threatening condition diagnosed by the age of 12 months or to refund any money put towards any puppy without a confirmed medical illness result from a vet. This puppy is guaranteed until one year of age against a fatal and life altering congenital disease which adversely affects the health of the animal. This includes critical hip dysplasia and natural gait which requires surgery to correct kidney, heart, pancreas, spine, and liver problems of a severe life-threatening or altering nature. If the dog dies within this period of a one-year time frame, the buyer will pay to have it autopsied to ascertain the reason. If the reason is congenital, the Seller will replace the puppy. Any physical problem which is or could be a result of injury is not covered under this guarantee.

In a nutshell, it is also very important to know there are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example, allergies, thyroid dysfunction, all types of mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee. This guarantee does not cover what we in the BULLDOG breed is considered normal: Cherry eye, entropion, ectropion, “loose” hips or knees, allergies, soft palate issues, trachea issues, stenotic nares, and inverted tails, fertility issues, parasitic or fungal infection, respiratory infection, etc. Buyer understands that bulldogs are very special and consideration must be given if buying one of these breeds. We will not cover death if your puppy has been put under surgery and died. Putting a Bulldog under requires a skilled and knowledgeable vet, the buyer is aware that owning a pup means trips to the vet and bills. The buyer understands he/she will be responsible for all the vet bills. The pup has been vet checked before leaving us and found to be in good health. As of the time of delivery, your pup will be currently on vaccinations and Deworming. The buyer has been informed of this. The buyer must be aware that the puppy will need more vaccinations and Deworming and agrees to provide these. The buyer must understand that though his or her puppy is current on the shots, more is needed to provide immunity to disease. It is the buyer’s responsibility to transport his or her puppy to the breeder if they are exchanging or sending back the puppy.
